Seeking a high-energy, personable individual to join our team. The ideal candidate must be organized, punctual, and detail-oriented, with a commitment to providing excellent customer service. You will be a key holder and be responsible for opening/closing the store in a timely fashion. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, preparing toppings according to the par sheet, preparing yogurt for deliveries, washing dishes, cutting fruit, cashier duties, and refilling and whisking yogurt. Training will be provided for all tasks. The training process will start with an overview of our operations and your specific role. You'll shadow experienced Shift Leader who will show you how open the toppings bar, count your till, prep toppings using the par sheet, prepare yogurt for deliveries, wash dishes, cut fruit, handle cashier duties, and refill and whisk yogurt. They'll guide you step-by-step, ensuring you understand each task and feel confident before working on your own. It's hands-on and tailored to help you quickly adapt to our fast-paced environment.
