is seeking a compassionate and organized Executive Director to lead daily food pantry operations and support individuals and families facing food insecurity. This hands-on leadership role works closely with volunteers, community partners, and the Board of Directors to ensure efficient, respectful, and sustainable services. Responsibilities Manage daily food pantry operations, including food sourcing, inventory, and distribution Supervise and support volunteers and staff Ensure compliance with food safety standards Lead fundraising efforts and community partnerships Serve as liaison to the Board and manage the annual budget Ensure client services are delivered with dignity and respect Qualifications Strong leadership and communication skills Experience managing volunteers or community programs Reliable, organized, and compassionate Comfortable with computers and basic administration Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Physical Requirements Ability to stand for long periods and lift 40-50 lbs.
