Food & Beverage Supervisors will support the site manager in leading teams and deliver a great guest experiences in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. In this role, Food & Beverage Supervisors support and motivate team members, ensure food safety and quality standards are met, and keep service running smoothly during busy events. Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical training and support to less experienced staff and model professionalism with guests and other employees at all times Ensure accuracy of all guest orders by maintaining expert knowledge of Point-of-Sale (POS) system(s) Possess thorough and accurate knowledge of menu items and specials Proficient and honest in cash handling and credit card transactions; Assist Kiosk Manager with timely and accurate sales and tips reports and cash/credit card receipts Assist Kiosk Managerwith coaching and developing of staff and maintain thorough knowledge of Company's operating policies and procedures Maintain confidentiality at all times regarding other staff Ensure alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages are served in accordance with Federal, State, Local regulations and Company procedures Model teamwork and help Management meet business objectivesPosition Requirements:
Possess ServSafe Certification in accordance with Company policy Excellent customer service and people skills Must be able to work a variety of day, night, weekend, holiday shifts Excellent communication skills and be a team player capable of encouraging others in a positive manner Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. frequently and handle tasks involving bending, twisting and squatting Majority of shift will be spent on feet in a fast-paced environment, in close proximity to other peopleEducation and Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalentExperience:
