Compensation includes hourly pay and tips. Responsibilities Oversee the team during the shift Opening Closing counts Customer discounts/refunds Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons Interact with customers, take orders and serve food and drinks Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails Check customers' identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age Restock and replenish Tap Room inventory and supplies Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience Comply with all food and beverage regulations Ability to change a keg/lift heavy items Skills Resume and proven working experience in a fast paced customer service based environment Computer literacy Ability to problem solve Proven leadership experience Positive attitude and excellent communication skills Ability to keep the Tap Room organized, stocked and clean Outgoing and approachable personality
