Job Description

Front of House Leader / Manager At Chick-fil-A, leadership is more than running a shift — it is the responsibility to lead people, set the standard, and create an exceptional experience for both guests and team members. We are looking for experienced leaders who thrive in fast-paced environments, lead with professionalism, and have a proven ability to develop and motivate teams. This is not an entry-level position. We are seeking individuals with previous leadership experience who are ready to take ownership, lead operations, and help drive the success of our restaurant each day.

What We're Looking For:
Previous leadership or management experience in restaurants, hospitality, retail, or other fast-paced environments Ability to confidently lead a team during high-volume shifts Strong sense of accountability, urgency, and operational excellence Passion for hospitality, coaching, and developing others Professionalism, strong work ethic, and positive attitude Ability to communicate effectively with guests, team members, and leadership Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Front of House Leader Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee Front of House operations during shifts Ensure exceptional guest experience, hospitality, and food accuracy Coach and develop Team Members in real time Hold team members accountable to operational and service standards Assist with training, onboarding, and development of new hires Help execute labor deployment and shift organization Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and operational standards Resolve guest concerns professionally and effectively Create a positive and productive team environment Support restaurant goals surrounding speed of service, accuracy, and hospitality Complete opening, closing, and leadership tasks as assigned
Qualifications and Responsibilities:
Previous leadership experience required Resume required to apply Candidates currently pursuing or who have completed a college degree are preferred Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and make decisions in a fast-paced environment Dependable and highly accountable Strong work ethic with attention to detail Customer service and hospitality focused Ability to coach and motivate others Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, Saturdays, and holidays as needed Ability to stand for extended periods of time Ability to lift and carry 30 lbs regularly
