Job Description

We are seeking a hands-on Cone Debone Supervisor to lead production teams in a fast-paced poultry, meat, food manufacturing, or high-volume production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead daily production operations and ensure staffing, quality, and productivity goals are met Maintain compliance with food safety, HACCP, USDA, and company standards Monitor and improve key performance metrics including BMPH, Cost/lb., PPMH, and A-Grade % Coach, develop, and manage hourly production associates Oversee timekeeping, attendance, training, and workplace safety compliance
Requirements:
3+ years of supervisory experience in poultry, meat processing, food manufacturing, distribution, or similar production environments Strong hands-on leadership and team management experience Food Safety & Compliance Oversight Process Optimization and Production Management Ability to work in a cold, wet manufacturing environment High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred:
Experience with
HACCP, USDA
regulations, sanitation, and pre-op inspections Experience with Kronos, Oracle HCM, or similar workforce management systems Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Operations, Business, or related field
