Food Services Specialist

In downtown Rehoboth Beach, Pazzo Italiano is the next chapter of what you know as Frank & Louie's, now a reimagined Italian Market, Deli, and Kitchen built around Crazy Good Italian food. It's a true walk-in market experience, rooted in the favorites everyone knows and loves, with baked goods, prepared foods, sandwiches, meats & cheeses, and shelves of Italian olive oils, pastas, olives, specialties, cookies, candies, merchandise and fresh items, ready to grab and go. We're looking for a dependable, motivated Food Service Specialist to join our team and be part of the day-to-day flow behind the counter. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Greet customers and assist with deli and sandwich orders Prepare fresh, made-to-order sandwiches with consistency and care Slice meats and cheeses (training provided if needed) Keep the deli area clean, organized, and stocked throughout the day Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines Restock ingredients and maintain product levels Work alongside the market team to keep service running smoothly

Qualifications:

Previous deli, sandwich shop, or food service experience preferred Comfortable using or willing to learn a meat slicer Strong attention to detail Ability to stay organized and work efficiently Reliable with a friendly, team-oriented attitude Part-time availability $15-$16/hour depending on experience + tips To apply, please email manager@eatpazzo.com
