Overview As a Shift Lead , you'll help ensure your team of co-workers are maximizing their overall productivity during each shift, while adhering to the highest safety standards.

Alachua, FL What You'll Do Work with the On-Site Manager as he/she to sets shift/operating schedules to best service the local customer(s) Assist with recruiting and developing employees.
