Your leadership will drive smooth service, uphold food safety standards, and foster a vibrant team environment. Duties Oversee shift operations, ensuring efficient food preparation, service, and cleanliness standards are maintained throughout your team's shift Must be a self-starter Must be available on the weekend Lead staff training and development initiatives to enhance culinary skills, customer service, and food handling procedures Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling Supervise inventory control, including stock replenishment, food production, and waste reduction strategies Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of food quality and hygiene Assist with interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new team members to build a strong, motivated workforce Support kitchen management by coordinating food preparation, cooking processes, and ensuring timely delivery of orders Experience Proven supervising or management experience in quick service or fast food restaurants, casual dining, or hospitality environments Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food safety protocols Hands-on experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; familiarity with cash handling procedures Background in food industry management including inventory control, budgeting, and training & development Demonstrated leadership skills in team management, staff training, and conflict resolution Prior restaurant management experience in fine dining or catering environments is a plus Strong understanding of hospitality management principles including customer service excellence and kitchen operations Join us as a Restaurant Shift Leader to inspire your team daily while delivering memorable dining experiences!
