As a Shift Lead, you'll be the right-hand to management, helping run smooth, successful shifts while inspiring your team to deliver our mission: Eat Better. Feel Better.

What You'll Do:

Lead and motivate a team through daily operations Deliver top-notch guest service and create a welcoming environment Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards Train new team members and uphold brand procedures Open and/or close the café and handle cash management Assist with inventory, prep, and daily operational tasks

What We're Looking For:

Prior leadership experience in food service or retail (preferred) Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and people skills Availability for early mornings, evenings, and weekends
