As an Ernie's associate, you will be doing a variety of tasks. From helping new customers pick a superfood for them, to using your own personal skills to create them. If you enjoy fast-paced environments, career growth, entrepreneurial thinking, innovation, And helping a new business develop it's customer base, we want you! What You'll Do Maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant Manage time effectively and meet all job responsibilities Maintain a positive work environment for guests and staff Check products to ensure consistency, palatability, and flavor conformity Perform food preparation or service tasks Use point of sale cash register system Addressing any questions or comments that customers may have Take customer orders and assemble the orders Replenish supplies and condiments and maintain inventory Notifying staff of any food orders or food shortages
