Closing Manager Jet's Pizza Deerfield Beach, FL Job Details Part-time | Full-time $16 - $20 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Food quality maintenance Food service closing procedures Financial transaction processing Food service cleaning Shift management Full Job Description Closing Manager (2:00 AM Close) - Quick Overview The Closing Manager is responsible for running the restaurant during the evening shift and ensuring the store is fully cleaned, secured, and ready for the next day.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise all closing staff. Ensure excellent customer service through close. Manage food quality, safety, and cleanliness standards. Complete cash handling, deposits, and end-of-day paperwork. Monitor labor and productivity throughout the shift. Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed according to company standards. Verify inventory, prep levels, and store readiness for the next day. Lock and secure the building, equipment, and cash at closing. Address employee, customer, and operational issues as they arise.
Expected Outcome:
Leave the store clean, stocked, organized, secure, and prepared for a successful opening shift the following day.
Pay:
$16.00 - $20.00 per hour
