Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service to enhance their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems, ensuring clear communication with the kitchen and bar staff Upsell menu items and specials confidently to maximize sales while maintaining guest satisfaction Handle food safety, sanitation, and food handling protocols diligently to uphold health standards Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas and service stations Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall guest happiness Support reservation management using OpenTable or similar platforms and coordinate seating arrangements efficiently Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments, preferably in fine dining or upscale venues Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and cash handling Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Experience working in nightclub settings or high-energy venues is a plus but not required Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail Basic math skills for cashiering, billing, and inventory management Join us at Caffe Europa Las Olas where your enthusiasm meets opportunity!
