As a key leader on the team, you will oversee front-of-house and back-of-house activities, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, smooth workflow, and adherence to food safety standards. Duties Supervise daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, service delivery, and staff coordination to ensure seamless guest experiences Lead and motivate team members through effective training, coaching, and performance management to uphold service standards Oversee food handling, cooking processes, and food safety compliance in accordance with health regulations Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing waste to optimize profitability Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation Ensure proper kitchen management by supervising food production, maintaining cleanliness, and adhering to food safety protocols Coordinate shift schedules, manage staffing levels, and handle interviewing and onboarding of new team members Requirements Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of verifiable experience as a Restaurant Manager Fluent in both English and Spanish (required). Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Familiarity with POS systems, experience with cash handling is essential Excellent leadership skills with a track record of staff training and development in hospitality or culinary settings Knowledge of inventory control practices and food management procedures Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a high-volume environment Previous experience in fine dining or casual dining environments is preferred Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest interactions Strong organizational skills with the ability to supervise shift management and team coordination effectively Join us as a Floor Manager and take your leadership skills to the next level!
