This position plays a key role in ensuring residents receive exceptional culinary experiences in a welcoming atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
Dining Program Leadership:
Oversee menu planning, food preparation, and service to maintain high-quality dining experiences.
Team Management:
Hire, train, and supervise dining staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Customer Satisfaction:
Address and resolve resident concerns promptly while ensuring top-tier service.
Compliance:
Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment.
Budget Management:
Monitor and control food and labor costs within budgetary guidelines.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
Culinary Arts degree or equivalent with 2 years of experience as a Food Service Director.
Certifications:
SERV-SAFE
Certified; additional food handling certifications as required.
Skills:
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills; experience working with older adults is a plus. How to
