Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional food service and hospitality experiences. As a Manager , you will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure top-tier customer service, manage staff training and development, and uphold the highest standards of food safety and quality. Duties Lead and supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service during all shifts in a quick service & fast food restaurant setting Oversee food preparation, cooking processes, and food handling to maintain quality standards and compliance with food safety regulations Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing, cash handling, and transaction reconciliation Control inventory levels through effective stock management, ordering, and waste reduction strategies Train, develop, and motivate staff on food service techniques, customer service excellence, and safety protocols Supervise kitchen management activities including food production, catering services, banquet operations, and bar service when applicable Handle interviewing, hiring, scheduling shifts, and performance evaluations to build a high-performing team dedicated to hospitality excellence Monitor budget adherence, manage costs effectively, and implement strategies for operational efficiency Ensure compliance with all food safety standards including proper food handling procedures and sanitation practices Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, leadership development, and continuous improvement Requirements Proven management experience within the food industry or hospitality sector with a focus on casual dining or quick service restaurants Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, culinary processes, and kitchen management best practices Hands-on experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; proficiency in cash handling and transaction reconciliation Strong supervisory skills with demonstrated ability to train staff and develop team members through effective coaching Familiarity with inventory control methods including ordering procedures and waste management strategies Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently Experience in managing shift operations within a fast-paced environment such as a fast food or casual dining restaurant Knowledge of food safety regulations and certifications related to food handling and sanitation standards Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork, accountability, and operational excellence Hospitality management background with experience in catering or banquet services preferred Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining high standards of quality Join us as a Manager where your leadership will shape memorable dining experiences!
