We are seeking a reliable and experienced Shift Lead to oversee daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts in a fast-paced QSR environment. The Shift Lead is responsible for leading the team, ensuring operational standards are met, and delivering excellent guest service.
Responsibilities:
Lead restaurant operations during assigned shifts (opening/closing) Supervise and support team members on duty Ensure brand standards, food safety, and cleanliness are maintained Handle cash management and shift accountability Resolve guest issues professionally Support training and execution of operational procedures
Requirements:
Previous restaurant experience required Leadership or supervisory experience preferred Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
Compensation:

$18.00 - $19.00 per hour
