We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Certified Dietary Manager / Interim to join our team at Terraces of Lake Worth Care Center, a premier provider of sub-acute medical care, rehabilitation services, and 24-hour skilled nursing care in Lake Worth, Florida. As a Certified Dietary Manager / Interim, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care and services for our residents.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all aspects of food service operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and delivery Conduct inventory management, ordering, and receiving of food and supplies Ensure compliance with dietary regulations, standards, and guidelines Supervise and train dietary staff, interns, and volunteers Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service Develop and implement cost-effective food service programs Maintain accurate records and reports, including budgetary and nutritional information Present nutritional and menu information to residents, families, and staff About the
