Shift Leader Dickey's Barbecue | Marianna We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Leader to join our team. The Shift Leader will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional service, and leading a team of staff members. This position requires strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Duties Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Foster a positive team environment. Cash management. Skills Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse group. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with staff and guests professionally. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering outstanding hospitality experiences.
