The Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and its staff. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working team player with both FOH and BOH experience, a passion for hospitality and great customer service. Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant Set daily schedules for restaurant staff. Invest in training new and existing employees. Develop and enforce company policies and procedures. Oversee inventory and ordering of food and supplies. Manage labor costs. Ensure that all company equipment meets company standards (food preparation, cleaning, security). Oversee cash handling and point of sale software. Provide leadership, inspiration, and guidance to all team members. Ensure that all company's policies are met in compliance with all state, local, and federal laws. Ensure that all food products are properly labeled (food safety, quality, cost). Provide feedback to management on any issues or problems that may arise from the restaurant. Other duties as assigned by management.
