Our team is expanding, and we are currently looking for one to two reliable drivers who are ready to step into a Team Lead role. This is not just a driving position. This is a field leadership role for someone who can keep a small crew organized, motivated, safe, and productive throughout the day. Our department works in the field daily, generating consistent interest from homeowners across South Florida. Team Leads are responsible for helping run the day-to-day field operation, transporting employees, keeping the team on schedule, and making sure everyone represents the company professionally. What You'll Be Doing As a Street Sign Team Lead, you will: Pick up team members and transport them safely to the office and assigned field locations Help coordinate the team's daily route and field setup Supervise a small street sign / field marketing crew throughout the workday Keep the team focused, organized, and productive Help generate quality leads from homeowners interested in residential remodeling services Communicate with management regarding daily results, attendance, performance, and field activity Make sure all team members are transported home safely at the end of the shift Represent the company with professionalism, reliability, and leadership Who We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is dependable, punctual, and comfortable taking responsibility for a small team. The right person should be able to lead by example, stay organized in the field, and help create a positive, productive work environment.

Schedule Our teams work in the field daily. Team Leads must be available for morning pickups, transportation to the office, field work throughout the day, and end-of-day drop-offs.
