SUPERVISOR
Mexican Gastronomy International LLC is looking for a full- time Supervisor in Miami, FL. Must have a U.S. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (or its equivalent), and a minimum of five (5) years of experience in business operations within the food service industry. Must have experience in the creation and implementation of specialized menus in Cocina Poblana. Duties include supervising and coordinating activities of workers engaged in preparing and serving food; creating work schedules; developing departmental objectives and strategies; inspecting supplies, equipment, and work areas to ensure efficient service and compliance with company standards; evaluating new products for usefulness and suitability; and assigning duties and workstations to employees.
