This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys both hospitality and retail, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering an outstanding guest experience. Responsibilities Assist in managing daily restaurant floor operations. Oversee all retail merchandise sales and displays. Receive, count, fold, organize, and stock merchandise. Maintain attractive and fully stocked retail displays. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering merchandise. Communicate regularly with upper management and our merchandise buyer. Train and assist team members with retail procedures. Provide exceptional customer service while supporting restaurant operations. Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment. Assist wherever needed to ensure smooth daily operations. Qualifications Restaurant management or retail management experience required. Strong communication and organizational skills. Comfortable using computers, POS systems, spreadsheets, and email. Ability to count inventory accurately and maintain records. Ability to lift and move merchandise and supplies. Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
