Job Description

We're looking for a hands-on, motivated Food & Beverage Team Member to Lead our Bistro, Bar, Kitchen, and Event service. This role works closely with the General Manager to drive great guest experiences, strong team performance, and brand standards.
What You'll Do:
Lead daily F&B operations and support the team on the floor Provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Create beautifully crafted Starbucks coffees and beverages Bartend Prepare and serve food and beverage service, including serving meals, drinks, and snacks in a fine dining or casual setting Support food preparation activities to ensure timely delivery of quality dishes Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including setting tables and clearing plates Handle food safety procedures diligently, including proper food handling and sanitation practices Coordinate, tend and clean up banquet services for groups and events Manage dietary accommodations with care Provide shift coverage
Departmental Leadership:
Collaborate with the General Manager on scheduling, service standards, and performance Create clear, printable SOPs and checklists (training, opening/closing, shifts) Train and onboard new hires, including knowledge checks and certifications Coordinate group service and events to ensure smooth, flawless execution Monitor guest feedback, reviews, and satisfaction scores (GSS) Take ownership of brand standards, self-audits, and inspections Suggest local menu specials and creative ideas to drive Bistro traffic Partner on incentives tied to inspections, scores, and guest satisfaction Ensure all team members complete DLZ, ServSafe, and TIPS on time Lead by example Build team cohesion, workflows Support morale and build the team
What We're Looking For:
Prior Food & Beverage leadership experience Strong organization, communication, and leadership skills A service-first mindset with attention to detail Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays Willingness to complete ServSafe Manager certification (if not already certified)

Hours:
Variable Qualifications:
High school graduate or equivalent. Safe Serve Certified with knowledge of food safety and sanitization protocols. Previous experience as a breakfast attendant, cook, barista, bar tender, catering, or in a similar role. Ability to operate hot cooking equipment. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills. Organizational skills with attention to detail. Problem-solving and reasoning abilities. Self-starter with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and adapt to changes. Able to work in a fast paced environment. Team-player with the flexibility to work varied schedules.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand and walk throughout the entire shift. Manual dexterity for handling and reaching. Physical strength to lift, move, or carry items exceeding 50 pounds. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours.
Language and Environment:
Good command of the English language. Ability to work in a moderate to noisy environment typical of the hospitality industry.
