systems and relay orders efficiently to kitchen staff Provide personalized recommendations, upsell menu items, and promote specials to enhance the guest experience and increase sales Serve food and drinks promptly, maintaining high standards of food handling, sanitation, and presentation Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues quickly, and ensuring overall satisfaction throughout their visit Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while maintaining proper sanitation and safety standards Assist with bussing tables, cleaning work areas, and supporting kitchen staff as needed to ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced environment Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, particularly in fine dining or nightclub settings Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for efficient order processing and reservations management Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items effectively to maximize sales opportunities Culinary experience or food industry background preferred; familiarity with food safety standards and food handling procedures essential Exceptional time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours while maintaining attention to detail Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and inventory management Experience with food preparation, sanitation practices, bussing, hosting/hostess duties, and guest services highly desirable Knowledge of the local food industry trends and hospitality standards to deliver an outstanding guest experience Join us if you're passionate about hospitality excellence! Pay:

$14.00 - $25.00 per hour
