Summary As a Shift Manager at JRN, Inc., you will oversee daily operations in our KFC restaurants, ensuring high standards of food safety and customer service. This role is pivotal in driving team performance and maintaining the quality that KFC is known for, contributing directly to our mission of excellence. Responsibilities Supervise daily operations to ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards. Manage staff during shifts, providing guidance and support to enhance team performance. Train new employees on operational procedures and customer service expectations. Handle cash management processes, including register reconciliation and deposits. Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed. Ensure a clean and organized environment for both staff and customers. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain satisfaction. Implement promotional initiatives to drive sales and enhance customer experience. Qualifications Proven experience in food service management or a similar role within the quick service restaurant industry. Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members. Effective communication skills for interacting with customers and staff alike. Experience with cash handling procedures and POS systems is preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
