You will be working with the General Manager to ensure that all daily operations are running smoothly and that the guest is satisfied. Duties and Responsibilities Ensure that all daily operations are running smoothly Ensure that all guest satisfaction is a priority Respond quickly to guest complaints and ensure that the customer is satisfied Ensure that all daily operational standards are met Maintain a clean, neat, and professional restaurant Perform opening closing checks to ensure that all food and supplies are ordered and delivered on time Ensure all guest expectations are met Handle cash and other transactions as needed Other duties as assigned Skills and Qualifications Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment (performs duties at both opening and closing times of the day) Good organizational skills Ability to work on your feet for several hours a day Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform duties requiring frequent bending, stooping, standing, walking, and lifting
