Multi‑Unit Operations & Catering Growth Leader - Fast‑Casual Mediterranean BrandAbout Us We are a fast‑casual Mediterranean restaurant brand . We are building something special—fresh food, warm hospitality, and a culture of ownership—and we're looking for someone who wants to pour their heart and soul into helping us grow. The Role We're seeking a driven, passionate leader who loves the restaurant industry and thrives in a hands‑on, fast‑paced environment.
The ideal candidate either:
Already understands all aspects of restaurant operations , or Is hungry to learn every piece of the business and grow into a senior leadership role. This position is designed to evolve quickly. The right person will grow into: General Manager of one store Catering Director overseeing two stores Multi‑Unit Revenue Manager capable of growing revenues at 2+ restaurants What You'll Own Daily restaurant operations : training, service, food quality, guest experience Catering growth : building, selling, and scaling our catering business across Palm Beach and St. Lucie counties Sales & marketing execution : local store marketing, community engagement, partnerships, outreach Financial performance : labor, food cost, scheduling, forecasting, P&L management Leadership & culture : developing teams, modeling hospitality, and driving accountability What Makes You a Fit A genuine love for the restaurant industry A willingness to do whatever it takes to make the brand successful Strong sales and marketing instincts , especially for catering Ability to manage operating teams Entrepreneurial mindset—ownership, initiative, and resilience Desire to grow with a brand that's scaling rapidly Experience in fast‑casual, catering, or multi‑unit operations is a plus, but drive and capability matter most Why This Role Matters This is not a typical ob.
