As a key leader during your shift, you will oversee food preparation, manage team members, handle customer service issues, and maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness. Your energetic leadership will motivate staff, uphold restaurant policies, and ensure that every guest leaves satisfied and eager to return. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your management skills while working in a fast-paced, lively environment. Duties Supervise daily restaurant operations during your shift, ensuring efficiency and quality standards are met. Lead and motivate team members through effective staff training, ongoing development, and performance management. Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to guarantee consistency, safety, and adherence to recipes. Manage POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling. Control inventory levels by monitoring stock, placing orders, and minimizing waste to optimize food costs. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards across the kitchen and dining areas. Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure a positive dining experience for all guests. Requirements Proven experience in food service management or supervising roles within quick service or fast food restaurants. Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety protocols. Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for transactions and reporting. Demonstrated ability in staff training, team management, and shift supervision. Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and strong communication abilities. Experience with inventory control, budgeting, and food production processes is highly desirable. Ability to work flexible hours in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high energy levels.
