Restaurant Supervisor - Sundrop Restaurant Crescent Hotels & Resorts United States, Florida, St. Pete Beach 6300 Gulf Boulevard (Show on map) Jun 29, 2026 Description Position Summary The Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily restaurant and banquet operations while ensuring exceptional guest experiences, operational efficiency, and team performance. This position serves as a floor leader, supporting service teams, assisting with training and development, and ensuring all standards of service and hospitality are consistently executed. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and has a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences. Essential Responsibilities Supervise daily operations of Sundrop Restaurant and banquet functions Lead service teams to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and service execution Monitor dining room operations, guest interactions, and overall service quality Assist with training, coaching, and development of restaurant team members Ensure compliance with Marriott, Crescent Hotels & Resorts, and hotel service standards Respond to guest concerns and resolve service opportunities professionally and promptly Support restaurant opening and closing procedures Assist with scheduling, labor management, and operational planning as directed Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety throughout restaurant and banquet areas Collaborate with culinary, banquet, and hotel leadership teams to ensure seamless execution of events and daily service Promote food, beverage, and hotel offerings to enhance the guest experience Qualifications Minimum 1-2 years of restaurant, hotel, or hospitality supervisory experience preferred Upscale dining, resort, or banquet experience strongly preferred Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities Knowledge of food and beverage operations and service standards Ability to work flexible schedules, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays Marriott or lifestyle hotel experience is a plus Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout a shift Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 25 pounds Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment Why Join The Luce Hotel?
