You will work closely with the District Manager to maintain and exceed operational standards and ensure the profitability of the restaurant.
Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and support to the restaurant team
- Ensure that all customers receive excellent service and that their orders are prepared accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for customers and employees
- hiring and training of new employees
- Manage inventory, ordering, and receiving of food and supplies
- Monitor and control labor costs and manage employee schedules
- Implement and maintain operational standards and procedures

District Manager Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role

- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Basic computer skills
