SHIFT LEADERS

The Shift Leader directs restaurant operations in the absence of the General Manager and Assistant Manager. Your goal is to uphold the highest standards of food quality, service, and workplace safety.

Responsibilities:

Supervise daily operations and assigned shifts. Assist with labor controls, cost management, and staff scheduling. Prepare and serve products while leading by example on the line. Train and mentor crew members to ensure team success. Audit paperwork and ensure proper cash handling procedures. Address guest comments, complaints, and concerns with professionalism. Manage opening and closing procedures. Maintain a clean facility and assist with basic maintenance activities. Foster a positive, high-energy work environment.

Pay:

$15.50 - $18.50 per hour
