This role is perfect for someone passionate about hospitality, food quality, team leadership, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Management team member, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth restaurant operations, maintaining high standards of food safety and service, and fostering a positive work environment that motivates staff to excel. Your energetic leadership will drive efficiency, uphold brand standards, and contribute to the overall success of the establishment. Duties Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficient workflow and excellent customer service Manage staff schedules, supervise team members, and facilitate training & development programs Monitor food preparation processes, ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety regulations Handle POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation Control inventory levels, conduct stock audits, and manage food & beverage supplies to minimize waste Supervise food production, kitchen management, and ensure compliance with food safety protocols Lead hiring efforts by interviewing candidates and selecting qualified staff members Manage shift transitions smoothly while maintaining high service standards during busy hours Qualifications Proven experience in food service management or hospitality management roles with supervising responsibilities Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen operations Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for sales transactions and inventory control Demonstrated ability in staff training & development, team management, and leadership skills Experience in managing budgets, controlling costs, and implementing food safety standards Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality excellence in casual dining or quick service environments Prior experience in fine dining, catering, or hotel food services is a plus Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform cash handling duties confidently Join our team to lead with energy and passion!
