The ideal candidate will assist in managing restaurant staff, ensuring food safety standards are met, and creating innovative menus that reflect our commitment to quality and excellence. This role requires strong leadership skills and a passion for the food industry. Responsibilities Assist in supervising daily operations, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation. Manage processes while adhering to safety and sanitation guidelines.. Assist in inventory management, including ordering supplies and minimizing waste. Help train, mentor, and evaluate staff to foster a collaborative work environment. Ensure compliance with health regulations and food safety standards. Coordinate with front-of-house and back-of-house staff to ensure seamless service during peak hours. Help implement new ideas and techniques to enhance the dining experience. Skills Proven experience in food service management within a fast-paced kitchen environment. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Experience managing a dietary department is a plus. Excellent management skills to ensure efficient restaurant operations. Strong understanding of the food industry trends. Exceptional leadership abilities with excellent communication skills.
