Shift leader

Shift Lead - South Philly Steaks We're hiring a Shift Lead to help run shifts at our fast-paced cheesesteak restaurant. We're looking for someone dependable, hardworking, and good with people who can help lead the team and create a friendly, welcoming atmosphere for both customers and staff.

Responsibilities:

Lead daily shifts Oversee opening and closing Keep the team on task during busy rushes Help make sure food is accurate and goes out quickly Deliver great customer service Help train staff and keep the restaurant running smoothly Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and organization Be required to Help in any position as needed, including cashier, cooking, food prep What we want: •.
