Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic bilingual Manager/Supervisor to lead our food service team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. This role is perfect for someone passionate about hospitality, culinary excellence, and team development. As a key leader, you will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer experiences, and maintain high standards of food safety and quality. Responsibilities Supervise daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, service delivery, and cleanliness standards Lead staff training and development to ensure high levels of customer service, food handling, and safety protocols Manage inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining optimal stock levels using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Oversee cash handling procedures, including register reconciliation and financial accuracy Coordinate shift management to ensure smooth transitions between team members and consistent service quality Enforce food safety regulations and ensure compliance with health department standards Assist in hiring, interviewing, and onboarding new team members to build a strong, motivated staff Support kitchen management by supervising food production, ensuring timely delivery of orders, and maintaining quality standards Handle customer inquiries or complaints promptly to uphold excellent service reputation Contribute to budgeting efforts by monitoring labor costs and controlling expenses effectively Requirements Proven experience in food service management or supervisory roles within quick service or fast food restaurants; fine dining or casual dining experience is a plus Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, culinary practices, and food safety standards Proficiency with POS systems such as ECRS ; cash handling experience required Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in staff training, team management, and supervising shifts Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members Ability to manage inventory control processes efficiently and accurately forecast needs Experience with restaurant management software and budgeting tools preferred Hospitality management background with a focus on customer service excellence Knowledge of food industry regulations including health codes and safety protocols Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays Join us as a Manager/Supervisor to lead our vibrant team toward delivering memorable dining experiences!
