Responsibilities Oversee shift operations, ensuring smooth service flow and adherence to safety standards Lead and motivate team members to deliver excellent customer service with enthusiasm and professionalism Prepare and serve food items efficiently while maintaining high quality and sanitation standards Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales transactions Upsell menu items to maximize sales opportunities and enhance customer satisfaction Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including food prep stations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment Assist with training new staff on food preparation, food safety procedures, and customer service protocols Requirements Prior experience in food service or quick-service restaurant environments is preferred; restaurant experience is highly valued Knowledge of POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Strong skills in food handling, sanitation, and safety regulations within the food industry Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy shifts Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order accuracy Demonstrated customer service skills with a positive attitude and effective communication abilities Experience with cashiering, serving, bussing tables, or food preparation in fast-food or café settings is advantageous Basic kitchen experience or culinary background helps ensure quality food preparation standards Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering memorable dining experiences!
