Take and process customer orders accurately using Aloha POS. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation standards are met. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and bar. Handle cash register transactions efficiently and accurately. Assist with food handling and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of meals. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during their visit. Uphold high standards of hospitality and customer service at all times. Experience Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a busy environment. Knowledge of food handling practices is essential to ensure guest safety. Experience using cash registers or point-of-sale systems is advantageous.
