The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management and food service, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Shift Leader, you will oversee daily operations, ensure food safety standards are met, and lead a team in providing outstanding service in both fine dining and casual dining environments. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth workflow and high-quality service. Train, mentor, and manage team members to foster a positive work environment and enhance performance. Maintain food safety standards and ensure compliance with health regulations. Assist in food preparation and presentation to meet the restaurant's quality standards. Conduct interviews and assist in hiring new staff as needed. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as necessary. Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving service efficiency and customer experience. Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or restaurant management is preferred. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Experience in food service, including food preparation techniques. Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead staff effectively. Familiarity with fine dining and casual dining environments is a plus. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
