Expediter Reports to: Manager on
Duty Overall Responsibilities:
The responsibilities are centered around sending food out correctly to our guest.
Specific Duties:
Managing the flow of food from the kitchen to the dining area. Ensuring the accuracy and presentation of dishes. Communicating with kitchen staff and front-of-house staff. Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the expediting station. Prioritizing orders and managing the kitchen's workflow. Acting as a liaison between the kitchen and the front-of-house staff. Ensuring food quality and presentation standards are met. Managing the timing of food delivery. Relaying information such as ticket times, order modifications, and any delays. Acting as a central point of communication between the kitchen and the front-of-house staff. Preventing errors and delays. Double Check & prepare to-go orders Posses a high degree of organizational skills Managing the flow of food from the kitchen, ensuring dishes are prepared and ready to be served at the same time. Optimizing the food delivery process and minimizing waste.
