You will be working at an upscale bakery cafe at Bexley Sugarloaf in Duluth as one of the members for the store! $14.00 an hour guaranteed plus tips! 25% employee discount on in store items! As a Shift Leader at Paris Baguette, you will need to:

• Be open and willing to learn.
• Work with a high sense of urgency, honesty, integrity, and as efficiently as possible.
• Take the initiative in starting duties and setting the tone for the team.
• Delegating the duties between crew members on the floor and checking on the crew to make sure said duties are completed
• Pay attention to guests and greet guests by making eye contact, smiling and spreading joy; Understand that the guest is the center of it all.
• Check quality of all the products for displays and organize rotation of displays for all pastries and desserts
• Operate POS system (Toast) and perform tasks such as cash handling and credit card processing with attention to accuracy
• Work and thrive in a team-work environment
• Adhere to food safety guidelines
• Make beverages on the basis and demand during operating business hours and prepare coffee
• Always keep all areas of the store clean while operating during business hours
• Refill and organize all pasties and beverages on display
• Double check online orders to make sure you did not miss any and make sure that items are up to date.
• Help unload deliveries as needed
• Handle catering orders
