If so, Chick-fil-A Jett Ferry Road is seeking an experienced Back of House Shift Leader to join our leadership team! Opening Shift:
starting at 6:00 am Full-Time availability. Saturday availability is required. Flexible availability strongly preferred for leadership positions.Responsibilities:
Lead and support kitchen operations during assigned shifts. Coach, motivate, and support Back of House Team Members in a fast-paced environment. Ensure food quality, accuracy, and speed standards are consistently maintained. Oversee kitchen stations including prep, breading, boards, assembly, grill, and food preparation areas. Assist with shift positioning, kitchen organization, and maintaining smooth operations throughout the shift. Monitor food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation procedures at all times. Support training and onboarding of new kitchen team members. Communicate effectively with leadership and team members to ensure operational excellence. Assist with inventory organization, stocking, and kitchen readiness throughout shifts. Lead by example with professionalism, urgency, accountability, and teamwork.Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum of 2 years of restaurant kitchen experience required. Fluent in English or Spanish. Spanish-speaking is highly preferred. Previous leadership, trainer, kitchen supervisor, or shift lead experience strongly preferred. Experience working in high-volume kitchen environments preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude. Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality standards. Dependable, adaptable, and able to lead with urgency and professionalism.
