In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of restaurant management, ensuring exceptional customer service, operational excellence, and team engagement. Your leadership will drive the success of the restaurant by managing daily operations, maintaining high standards of food quality and safety, and fostering a positive work environment. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate hospitality professional eager to make a meaningful impact and elevate the dining experience for every guest. Responsibilities Lead and motivate the restaurant team to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve operational goals. Oversee food preparation, ensuring quality standards are consistently met and adhered to food safety regulations. Manage inventory control, including ordering, stock rotation, and minimizing waste to optimize profitability. Supervise daily shift operations, including cash handling, POS system management (such as Aloha POS or Micros POS), and ensuring smooth workflow. Conduct staff training, development, and performance evaluations to build a skilled and motivated team. Implement food safety standards and ensure compliance with health regulations across all areas of the restaurant. Manage budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting to meet business targets while maintaining high service standards. Oversee kitchen management, including food production, culinary quality, and kitchen staff supervision. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive dining experience. Coordinate with suppliers for food handling supplies and manage vendor relationships effectively. Support catering, banquet events, or bar operations as needed to diversify revenue streams. Interview prospective employees, participate in hiring decisions, and assist with onboarding processes. Experience Proven management experience in quick service & fast food restaurants or casual dining environments with supervisory responsibilities. Extensive background in food service management, including kitchen operations and food handling procedures. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of inventory control, budgeting, and cost management within the food industry. Experience in hospitality management with a focus on customer service excellence. Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively through training & development initiatives. Prior experience managing shift operations in a restaurant setting is essential. Background in fine dining or hotel food service environments is a plus but not required. Excellent communication skills with the ability to interview candidates and foster team collaboration.
