Duties Lead and supervise daily store operations, ensuring smooth shift management and exceptional customer service. Oversee food preparation processes, maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and cleanliness. Manage inventory control, including stock ordering, storage, and waste reduction to optimize profitability. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate cash handling and transaction processing. Train and develop team members in food handling, customer service, and operational procedures to foster a motivated workforce. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and uphold sanitation standards across all areas of the store. Coordinate with management on budgeting, staffing schedules, and performance evaluations to meet business goals. Requirements Proven experience in food service management or supervising in quick service & fast food restaurants. Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen management within casual dining or hospitality environments. Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS; cash handling experience is essential. Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in staff training, interviewing, and team management. Knowledge of inventory control, food safety standards, and food handling procedures. Excellent communication skills with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality management, including shift management and food production roles.
