Team Lead - Catering

Catering Coffee Camper Co. is focused on delivering unique coffee experiences at our café's and renovated "retro" mobile coffee campers for corporate events, weddings, and entertainment venues. Our cafe and catering operations use our extremely high quality, craft roasted coffee that has been sourced across the globe from fair trade and organic farmers. Job Summary Our awesome, retro coffee catering campers, mobile coffee bar and cold brew bike add a special touch to any event by offering an upscale presentation of high-quality hot and cold coffees and baked goods. Our campers are in high demand and we need lively, enterprising individuals to help grow our catering division. We are immediately hiring a team lead for catering events. The catering team lead ensures the smoothest of event execution! You will be responsible for hitching and hauling our retro campers to various event venues, serving high quality coffee and putting smiles on faces!

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver, set up and breakdown our retro coffee campers and cold brew bikes. Provide top quality barista service during the 2-4 hour event. Sometimes manage a team of 1 or 2 other coffee servers/baristas during the event. Maintain an inventory of supplies at our headquarters in Monroe GA and prepare for upcoming events. Ensure cleanliness, safety and be able to problem solve on the fly!

Qualifications:

At least 2 years barista experience. Significant experience hauling trailers and demonstrable general mechanical ability. Clean driving record. Outgoing and organized personality, you'll be the onsite contact for events. Experience with coffee equipment is a major plus! Flexible availability. Work times will be most weekends to start with increasing activity Wed-Friday in the coming months. Must be able to maintain a high degree of professionalism during the complete catering process. Works well with others to make an event successful.

Compensation:

$18.50 per hour. Part time for now but moving to full time in future. Opportunity for rapid advancement.
