Savannah, GA 31401 Job Description The Marriott Savannah Riverfront is currently interviewing for an experienced and dynamic Director of Food & Beverage to lead our food and beverage operations in Savannah, GA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing all aspects of food and beverage services, ensuring exceptional quality, profitability, and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, and catering services. Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize revenue and control costs. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards. Lead, train, and motivate the food and beverage team to deliver outstanding guest experiences. Collaborate with culinary and service teams to create innovative menus and promotions. Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for the department. Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers. Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance satisfaction. Qualifications Proven experience as a Director of Food & Beverage with 3+ years of verifiable experience. Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, trends, and best practices. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze financial data and manage budgets effectively. Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of local health and safety regulations.
