As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of all food and beverage services within our hotel. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our guests receive exceptional dining experiences that meet their expectations. This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your hospitality skills, leadership abilities, and passion for food and drink. This will be an AM focused role. Duties
  • Manage the overall food and beverage service, including inventory management, and outlet operations.
  • Supervise and train a team of bartenders, baristas, and servers to ensure high-quality service and excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with hotel staff to ensure seamless service and effective communication.
  • Manage food presentation to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Develop strategies to minimize waste and optimize profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest concerns and providing personalized recommendations.
  • Assist in recruiting, training, and managing staff to meet the demands of our busy hotel.
  • Collaborate with the hotel's management team to develop strategies to improve food and beverage operations and enhance the overall guest experience. Skills
  • Proven experience in hospitality, and food service management.
  • Knowledge of coffee preparation methods and ability to manage a coffee service.
  • Experience in bartending and the ability to manage a bar service.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
  • Proficiency with POS systems and experience with inventory management.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide personalized recommendations.
  • Experience working in a hotel setting and understanding of hotel operations.
  • Ability to provide help and support to staff when needed.
