Food Truck Lead

Lisa's Crêperie & Café in downtown Senoia is looking for a part time or full time Food Truck Manager to join our food truck team! We are looking for a friendly, outgoing team leader with restaurant experience in leadership, who would be comfortable driving and operating our food trucks to events from our restaurant in Senoia to local events in and around Atlanta 3-5 times a week mostly Thursdays - Sundays. Pay starts at $15 per hour + tips. A CDL license is NOT required, however we do ask that you have experience driving big vehicles, or are a quick learner who isn't afraid of driving a big truck! (This can easily be taught to someone new, we just need someone who isn't afraid to drive on the highways & in the city of Atlanta.) Shifts range from 8-16 hours. Duties will include customer service, crêpe making, barista, delegating tasks to team members, checking closing / opening checklists, food prep, cashier, and driving to food truck events. Must be able to give excellent customer service, be on time, able to multitask, work effectively under pressure, and have reliable transportation with a valid drivers license. Food industry/customer service experience is required. Must be +18 years old. Must be able to stand for 8+ hours at a time. Must be able to lift +50 lbs. Weekend availability is required.
