Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Set daily action plans and set ups in alignment with Quarterly Restaurant goals
  • Execute Daily Shift Huddle
  • Provide coaching and accountability for Team Leaders and Team Members
  • Coordinate Training with Training Director
  • Execute daily food safety & quality audits Director Director Working at a Chick-fil-A® restaurant is more than a job
