As a Shift Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our food service establishment. You will be responsible for supervising and leading a team of employees, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. ```Duties```
  • Oversee daily operations during assigned shifts
  • Supervise and train staff members
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Monitor food preparation and presentation to ensure quality standards are met
  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
  • Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies for improving efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment ```Skills``` To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills:
  • Food service management experience
  • Strong knowledge of banquet and kitchen management
  • Proficiency in Aloha POS or similar restaurant management software
  • Excellent food preparation skills
  • Exceptional customer service abilities
  • Knowledge of food production techniques and industry best practices
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in hospitality management is a plus
